Allegations that the heart of a Ghinese had been cut out of his body and that another had been substituted were made in the Provisional Court on November 21 in the case in which a Chinese is being charged with causing the death of this man, Tt appears that there was an Argament in the course of which 'a constable pushed deceased and tke fait to the ground and died. An inquest was held and a post-mortem twas ordered. This was duly carried out and it waa found that decem was suffering from an enlarged heart. Complainants in the case brought in their own doctor and alleged that the deceased's heart had been cut cwt and that another had boon put in its place, 'A remand was ordered by Judge Kuh and Mr. Van den Berg for a week,
