After a resolution proposing the prion of the annual report and accounts for 1937, proposed by Mr. Hugh Middleton and seconded by Mr. A. H. Atkins, had been passed, the following officers were elected for the ensuing year:—Mr, Hugh Middleton, chairman; Mr. S. Tweedie, hon. treasurer; Mr. A. Pullen, hon. secretary; committee, Messrs, E. H. Adams, A. H. Atkins, E. S. Barraclough, Ranald McDonald, J. K. Brand, Hugh Middleton, K. Johnstone, end J. Huxley. Mr. A. Pullen was re-elected to represent the Association on the General Committee of the Bri Residents' Association.
