The Government Troops Again Foochow, Oct. 10. The communist bandits under Chu eh have once more out-maneouvred the Government forces and captured the city of Hehhua, A detachment of the Training Corps of the Provineial Forces, in conjunction with the Brigade under Commander Lia Pin-chow, is now advancing from Yungehun to surround the bandits there.
The successive defeats suitored by the Government forces at the hands of the bandits have apparently em. boldened the latter who are reported to be combining together with Luns yon as their base of operations.~ Ta Chung.
