The Rt. Hon. S. M. Bruce, leader of the Nationalist Party, which was] defeated in the recent General] Election, -has resigned, and Mr. James H. Scullin, leader of the Labour Party, has been commissioned to form a new Ministry.
Mr. Seallin, who arrived here today, was given a tumultuous wel-jerome.
