Notice ıs merely CERN that Seventy-fourth Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders will be held at 121 Peking Road, Shanghai, on Friday, April 8, 1938, at 3 o'clock in the afternoon to receive and consider the Directors' Report and Statement of Accounts for the year 1937, to elect a Director, to elect Auditors, and to transact the ordinary business of the Company.
The Transfer Books of the Company will be closed from March 30 to April 8, 1938, both days inclusive.
Proxies to be valid must be lodged with the Acting Secretary not less than 48 hours before the Meeting.
