Concerning the. destruction of the National "Tung Chi Unive Woosing. by "Japanese "forces. the University authorities. -had released {he following statement to-day:
"Since the beginning of hostilities Shanghai, there have. never been Chinese soldiers stollened in. Tung Chi University, nor has any use Leen made of the campus for any milliary purpose whatsoever.
