'The most important battle in -the present campaign is now raging in western Honan, the entire line extending from' Tengfeng in'.the northwest to Hihsien, southwest of Chengchow.
In the meantime, the Sth Route Army under General Tang Song-che Lrxg-Hai Railway line to Loyang, the main portion of General Tang's troops having already arrived at Paishaho.
