M.S. "Peter Maersk" from U.S.A, ete. via Ports Consignees are hereby notified that owing to the present hostilities it is impossible to discharge the above vessels at Shanghai, The INS. "Chastine Maersk" and M.S. "Peter Maersk" will therefore discharge at Manila at consignees' sole risk and expense, whereby all the obligations the vessels, her Owners, Master, ud Agents, will be fulfilled in accordance with the terms of the Company's Bill of Lading.
Consignees should therefore apply for. delivery of their cargo to the Company's Agents at Manila: Messrs. Compania General de Tabacos de Filipinas,
