'A. telegram from Bukutu states that a total of approximately 3,000 Mongoliane Communists under the command of Soviet: officers is now occupation at Hailar. The Mongolian soldiers, according to the report, are all wearing "uniforms fand badges of the "Red" Army.
In a telegram received at General Chang Haueh-liang's Headquarters} today, General Wan Fu-lin, Assistant Commander-of the North-East-em Defence Forces, reports that a. number of buildings at Erhtao were burnt down by Soviet troops a few days ago. The telegram adds that a party of some ten Soviet soldiers also raided a number of houses at Tachintun recently and robbed the! occupants of their possessions.
It is reported from Bukutu that} churches and temples at Dalainor have also been destroyed by Soviet itroops—Kuo Min.
