More Government troops have arrived here following the withdrawal of the rebel forces under: Tang Song-chi to Hsuchang. The fresh arrivals include the units under Generals Hsu Yuan-chuan' and Wang Chih-yueh and part of the forees under General Liu Chen-hua, Commander of the 11th Route Army, advancing southwards. from eross the Yellow River. As soon a all preparations are completed the move southwards against Tang] Song-chi will be launched. Passenger service on the Peking-Hankow Rai way between here and Peking was resumed yesterday.
