Having learned that various Tang-pu have been acting in this respect without proper authority, the National Government had determined to put a stop to the practice. An order therefore, has been issued ing the or the from confiscating or disposing of "enemy" Property without permission, ie. properties owned by persons who have acted to the detriment of the National Government. The order says that special committee has been appointed by the Central Government for this purpose and that this' committee is the only bods authorized to deal with confiscated properties. The various Tang-pu, therefore ust act in accordance with the Government's regulations governing this committee.
