Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Decree of Foreclosure and sale made and entered on the 28nd day of September, 1937, in the above named Court at Shanghai in the cause above entitled, the undersigned, H. D. Rodger, as Special Master appointed by said decree, will offer for sale at public auction to the highest bidder at King's Lynn Apartments, No. 9, Route Kaufmann. Shanghai, on Friday, October 29. 1937, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon the following Apartment House, land and premises, directed to be sold by said Decree, briefly described as follows:
King's Lynn Apartments, No. 9, Route Kaufmann, All that piece or parcel of land more particularly described as to location and area in United States Consular Title Deed numbered Three Thousand Three Hundred and Seventy Seven (U.S3377) and having an area of Two mow No fun Five li Five Haou (M2055.) and situated at Routes Kaufmann and D'Arco, in the French Concession. Cad.
Lot 13147K. together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining.
2. The above mentioned King's Lynn Apartment house, land and premises will be sold in one parcel end as an entirety.
3. The highest bidder to be the purchaser and should dispute between two or more bidders, said King's Lynn Apartment cause, land and premises above described may be put up again for sale at the Ciscretion of the Special Master.
4. The purchasers shall give their rames and addresses and pay lown Shanghai $5,000 in part payment, the total purchase prices to be paid for in full within twenty-four hours after the sale.
5. In case any bidder shall fail to. make good his bid upon its acceptance by the Special Master, then the sum paid or deposited by such bidder shall be forfeited as agreed end liquidated damages for such failure and shall be applied toward payment of the expenses of a resole and for any other and further purposes which the Court may direct.
6. For further information as to ihe property to be sold and the title io be received on purchase thereof, reference should be made to the above mentioned foreclosure decree and to the above mentioned United States Consular Title Deed which can be inspected at the office of the undersigned.
