Paris, Oct. 19.
M. Yvon Delbos the Foreign Minister, and M. Francois de Tessan, Under-Secretary for Foreign Affairs, have been chosen by the Cabinet as the French representatives to the Nine-Power Conference.
M. Delbos asked M. Albert Sarraut, who signed the Nine-Power Treaty for France and who is a well-known specialist in Pacific problems, to be a member of the French delegation, but M. Sarraut declined because of his duties as President of the Coordinating Committee for North African Affairs—Havas.
