Cargo for delivery at Shanghai and for transhipment at Shanghai to River and Coastal Ports, Consignees are hereby notified that owing to the present hostilities it is impossible to discharge this vessel at Shanghai. The s, "Houghton Hall" will therefore discharge at Hongkong at Consignees' sole risk and expense, whereby all the obligations of the vessel, her Owners, Master, and Agents, will be fulfilled in accordance with the terms of the Company's Bill of Lading.
