Dr. Alfred' Sze, the former Chinese Minister at London, who expounded China's case before the League of Nations early this year, is on his way to the United States on what is believed to be a mission on behalf of the Chinese Government, Dr. Sze left fo America yesterday on what was stated to bee private visit.
