THAT the Articles of Association be altered in manner following:—
The following Article substituted for Article 88, a show of hands every Shareholder present in person shall have one Vote, and upon a poll every Shareholder "present in person or by proxy shall have one Vote for every Share held by him."
Anp Notice Is HEREELY CIVEN that at the same place and on the same doy at 11, o'clock in the forenoon or so soon thereafter as the Extraordinary Genera] Meeting shall be concluded the forty-ninth Ordinary General Meeting of the Company will be held for the purpose of passing the Directors' Report and Accounts, re-electing Auditors, and transacting any other business as may be properly transacted at an Ordinary Annual General Meeting of the Company. The Share Transfer Books of the Company will be closed from June 7, 1938, to June 14, 1938, both days inclusive.
