Japan to Link Dairen and Osaka With Cable Mukden, Apr. 3.
With a view to relieving the congestion of telegraph traffic which has considerably increased since the outbreak of the incident, the Kw: tung Government-General auth ties have decided to lay a sub mai sable' between Dairen and Osaka, 'The work will be commenced in June this year' and completed by the early part of next year.
The test for the wireless telephone service between the Mukden Jess Central Station and the Kemixawa Wireless Station near Tokyo has been completed with a reassure ing result.
