The following traffic arrangements have been made by the Shanghai Municipal Police:
Flag Raising Ceremony, 8.30 a.m.
All cars will enter and leave the Recreation Ground by the Loong Fei Gate.
Ah parking will be under the direction of the Shanghai Municipal Police as wnder:—
(a) Motor cars be special windscreen notice the Recreation Dup, Park near (b) Motor cars bearing special wind-the Cricket Club, Park near (c) Other cars will park on the mud track of the Race Course.
In order to relieve congestion at the Loong Fei Gate, no vehicles will be allowed to leave the Recreation Ground between 8 am, and 830 am. or allowed to enter between.9 a.m. and 9,30 a.m.
Parking space is also available on Mohawk Road for persons wishing to enter the Recreation Ground via the Race Club Gate on Bubbling Well Road.
