L. Sung, who on Saturday afternoon won the Junior Singles Championship of the §S.L.T.A. from B. de Senna, is here seen in action, staged under the auspices of the Shanghai Lawn Tennis Association, was decided. L. F. Sung, a youngster newly returned from Germany, won from B. V. de Senna, who like Sung, is a new find. The tussle also went the distance of four setts, 2-6, 6-3, 6-1, 9-7.

China won a total of 160 points as against Britain's 148. Lum won 8 service games and lost 3. Duff had the same record. Khoo was slightly better than Wade, gaining 6 and losing 4 while Wade's mark was 5-5,
