The Committee unanimously decided to make the following allocations.

It was decided to allocate the amount of $30,750 to the Shanghai International Red Cross and to recommend to its favourable consideration: 1 An appeal from the National Leprosarium of China (for refugee 2 to donate from the alto the Siccawei Refugee 3, An appeal from the Refugee Relief Committee attached to the First Special District Residents' Association of Shanghai Nationalist Capture Large Republican Supplies Salamanca, Aug. 31 The Nationalist headquarters claimed today to have brought down 948 Republican planes to date, The communique said 804 of the planes were of Russian manufacture. \Planes of French make amounted to 139.—
