The following resolutions were then passed:-
That the Directors' Report and Statement of Accounts for the year ended December 31, 1997, as presented, be adopted and passed. Proposed by Mr. A. J. Welch, and seconded by Mr. G. H. Wright That a Final Dividend of 10 dollar cents per share, making 20 cents per Share for the year, be paid. "Proposed by Mr. A J. Welch, and seconded by G. H. Wright.
That the appointment of Mr. A. J. welch as a director of the company be confirmed. Proposed by Mr. D. E. Levy.
