Admiral Shen Hung.lich, Mayor lof Tsingtao, returned here from Peking by way of Tsinan yesterday.
Interviewed, he stated that he had reported on the civil" and 1 affairs of Tsingtao. to General Ho Ying-chin, Acting Chairman of the Peking Branch of the Military Affairs Commission. At the regular meeting of the Branch Commission, it was decided that the monthly allowance for the 3rd "Naval Squadron be fixed -at $180,000 of which $100,000 will be borne' by the Tsingtao Municipality and $80,000
