Experience during the present season hax shown that the existing Laws and Rios of the IShanghal Football Awsociation, which were adopted, mainly, 3927, ave in need of revision in certain aspects, 4 for this purpose a special Revision Sub-Committee, consisting, of Messrs. F. 8. Bridges, Forshaw, and H. B, Marshall, with W, Tiampson ax secretary, has appointed to. go thoroughly into the matter and to submit to the Association, not later than the begining of August, such recommendations ax may be considered necessary to bring the laws, ete, into line with present requirement It is likely that, ax q result, cor tain proposals will be submitted to the next annual general meeting of the Associatior which will take 38" place in September.
