Kay Francis, screen star, announced recently she plans to marry Baron Raven Erik Barnekow, in whose company she has been seen frequently the last three months.
The actress said the wedding would be within a few months.

A distinct victory for Walt Disney's "Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs" has been recorded in the annals of British exhibition history with the report that the angina) ruling of the British censors restricting the attendance of children to the picture unless accompanied by adults has been rescinded by the London County Council Licensing Authorities. The licensing authorities have now granted the production a univer sal certificate which means that children of any age may attend it whether or not escorted by adults.
The decision affects cinema houses in London, Middlesex and Essex. It is expected that, with this official opinion as 2 precedent, the cinema censors of other countries will follow suit.
The original Certificate with limitations had been issued on the ground that certain of the scenes might frighten children under sixteen years of age. Public opinion protested this ruling, and the rescinding order followed.
