A semi-oficial statement published here to-day gives Mr, Hu Lis attitude towards the present Mr. Hu, taking a most Jcompromising attitude, has informed the Nanking delegates that, only solution to. the situation is for the Nanking authorities to commit suld as an apology to the nat He udded:—"lt they do not have the courage to end their own, lives, they should immediately quit." Br. Hu has made known his decision that he will not proceed to Nt king and "tolerate the blunders, committed by one or two persons."
Accompanied by Gen, Chang Yin-min, chief-of-start of the Kwangsi armies, the four Nanking envoys left this morning for Wuchow, Kwangsi, to interview Gen. Li Psung-jen and Pai Chunghsi.
