The company owns 14.5729 mow of land, comprised in the following five Estates, of which so far only about 56 mow have been utilize, Teaving 258 mow to be developed: of 110.895 mow on the Beach in Narcissus Bay. On it there "are one G-roomed Bungalow, three -roomed Bung alows, ang a small Annexe.
Estate No, 2 consists of 04.821 mow in Half Moon Bay. On it there fare four S-roomed and three 4 roomed Bungalows, Estate No. 3 consists of 19.0909 mow in Narcissus Estate No. 4 00 mow on the South Hill, Estate No. 5 consists of 29.443 mow East of Port Edward, 5.26 mow having: been sold during the year at a profit. resigned on his departure from Dunscrons—Mr. A. E- Suddon Shanghai, and Mr. A. J. Welch was invited to fill the vacancy. Mr. W. R. M, Stevens retires in rotation but being eligible. for "re-election offers himself accordingly.
