Tokyo, Nov. 7.
No time limit was included in the Sapanese note requesting the French government to carry out its previous promises to place a complete ban on the trans-shipment of ars and Jammenition through French Indo-China, a Gaimusho spokesman declared today in replying to queries by foreign correspondents.
The spokesman added that friendly negotiations regarding the subject re going on between France and Japan. He added that it was his opinion that there was not much trans-shipment of war materials Jgoing on at the present time. He Voiced the hope, however, that such {trans-shipments ' would be stopped
