Each of the twenty lovely ladies of the chorus in one of London's new musical comedies, "Bobby, Get Your Gun," can boast a 21 inch waist. So they can wear the crinoline safely. Careful dieting and rigorous training are partly responsible for their slim, trim figures. The diet is one which any woman can follow. During the day, the girls live on fruit juice, orange, lemon and grape-fruit.
Several of the girls have become expert in blending various juices to country they drag you away from the very thing you want. I asked for endive, and the silly man gave me chicory. When I said, 'No, that's chicory,' he said, 'We call this chicory, Miss,' and produced endive.
