The Bucharest correspondent of the "Daily Herald" reported today that King George may return King Carol's present visit to England in the autumn of 1939. King George would also visit Istanbul, he added, The "Financial Times" araounced today that negotiations were in progress over a British loan of £20,000,- 000 for Rumania. Part of this sum would be granted by export credits while it would be possible that a fraction be paid in cash.—Havas.
