'The new gold mining law of Man-Jchoukuo, approved by the State Council' on April: 23 and recently. given imperial sanction, was ofcially proclaimed here to-day.
As a result of this new law, a somi-Joficial gold mining company, capital ized at $12:000,000, will be established Jat_an early date. The financing of the project will be done jointly by the "Manchoukuo Government, the JSouth Manchurian Railway Ca. and the Oriental Development Ca. of /Tokyo.—United Press.
