Issuing and cancelling rickshaw pullers' licences as provided by the Council in its decisions of March 21, 1934, or any subsequent modification 'Issuing public rickshaw licences within the present limitation of num' ber, namely, 10,000; issuing private rickshaw licences; "and terminating, suspending and cancelling rickshaw licences as it thinks fit subject to an appeal to the Council.
"The Board will report to the Coun-ceil each month on work done, and from time to time will submit such recommendations as it may consider necessary.
The Board is composed of three: members: Mr. PW. Massey, chairman; Col, M. T. Tehou, and Mr. Anson. Wong. its first meeting was held on May 9 in temporary—quarters in the Municipal compound. permanent office is being established, bewise within the compound.
