Four eases came before Mr. William 'T. Collins, Acting Commissioner in the U. 8. Consular Court for China on Friday, three trafic law violations, and a case in which judgment was granted by default. Mr. C. L. Seitz, Miss Myra Bancroft Olive and Mist Marion G. Kennedy each paid a fine of U. 8. $1 for ranking motor cars in prohibited areas, Costs were Femitted since each was in court on a first. offense. A similar charge against Paul Kops was withdrawn. Mr. Sydney Michael Cooper was granted judgment for $1,000 plus interest at 6 per cent. and costs against Mr. John A. Hunan on a motion for judgment by default.
