Debentures carrying 43 per cent. yearly interest will be redeemable Ju thirteen years. Applications from the public will be received for three ays beginning on December 17. the Industrial Bank, the Yokohama Specie Bank, the Bank' of Chosen, the First Bank, the Mitsui Bank and the Mitsubishi "Bank." and their branches.
