Mr. T. V. Soong Ouitlines N.E.C.'s 1935. Programme sum of $12,000,000 has been ollocated for construction purposes for next year by the National Economic Council, Mr. T. V. Soong, a member of the Standing Committee of the Council, told press representatives Mere on Scturday. Of this sum, $6,000- (000 will be used for water conserva work, $3,000,000 for road construction, and the remaining $3,000,000 for the improvement of cotton and sible pro-duets, During Gen. Liu Hslang's visit to Shanghai, Mr. Soong stated, discussions were held regarding the development of Szechuan's natural resources, and in order personally to survey what can be done in that vast and rich province, Mr. Soong is te visit Szechuan early next spring.
