Italian and German shipping interests are drafting a memorandum, to submit to their respective Governments, regarding the question of the Suez Canal, it is understood in business circles here.
The memorandum, it is stated, will give figures of Italian and German trate through the canal, set forth technical facts, and critize the high canal dues.
