General Pei Chung-hsi, vice-Ca mander-in-Chief of the Kwangsi 4th Group Army, has decided to establish reformatory at Kweilin to absorb captive communists. The political training department of the 4th Group Army has been instructed to outline concrete plans for the undertaking.
Tt is understood that about, 7,000 reds have been taken prisoner during recent encounters. Of this total §,000 will be handed over to the Hunan authorities, and 2,000, who are natives of Kwangsi, will be sent to the reformatory at Kweilin—Reuter.
