Successful completion of Sino-Japanese negotiations on the readjustment of the so-called communi cation loans to China was reported ina message received today by official circles, 'The agreement reportedly reached between Dr. H. H. Kung, Nanking Minister of' Finance, and Mr, R. Tokagi, vice-president of the Sino-Japanese Industrial Company, volves a total of ¥.26,000,000, The conclusion of an agreement on the readjustment of Y.10,200,000 loan to China by a group of large banks was announced earlier this month. Additional negotiations led to an understanding on the refinaneing of the remaining ¥.16,000,000 of the Chinese Department of Communications loans, reached on December 12. It is reported that both agreements provide for repayment of the loans within 25 years. ~Rengo.
