Shanghai, June 1.
NEW set of regulations regarding the removal of cargo owned by Japanese, foreign and Ci nese which has been stored at the wharves and godowns of the China Merchants Steam Navigation Company, Central and Lower Wharves, has-been issued by the Japanese' Navy.
A limit for applications beginning today and ending on July 15 has been fixed. After the latter date cargo for which: no applications have been received will be disposed of at_the discretion of the Japanese Navy.
.__A shale of charges for removal fees and transportation has been fixed by the Japanese Navy. It is also emphasized that the Japanese Navy takes responsibility for damage to cargo oF loss sustained prior to the Inventory mide after the Japanese occupation of the wharves and godowns.
