Dr. Lo Wen-kan, the Minister of Justice, following the decision made by the Central Political Council 10 place the Ministry of Justice under the control of the Judicial Yuan, has tendered his resignation to the' Ex-Jecutive Yuan. Dr. Lo is said to firm in his decision.
Tt cannot yet be ascertained, how. ever, who will be his successor, but Those clote to the ministry believe that Mr. Hsieh Kwang-shen, chief secretary of the Judicial Yuan, will likely be the candidate with récommendation of the Judicial Yuan—
