'A firm determination to maintain the stability of the franc and to balance the Budget was expressed by the new government under M. Theunis in its declaration of policy in Parliament to-day. and the Government's programme will cause a re-birth of confidence in the country, leading to a general recovery in' stocks.
With M. Paul Hymans as Foreign Minister and M. Deputt as Finance Minister, the new government hopes to restore prosperity to the country collaboration with all parties.
