'A traveller who has just arrived in this city from Outer Mongolia states that the natives there are anxious to promote friendly relations with Manchoukuo and that the Soviet-Outer Mongolian relations are not so intimate as has been reported in various circles. He stated that the time of his visit, there were no troops stationed in Urga and far as he could learn the trade of the country was shifting from Soviet Russia to China. Lately the trade with China vid Kalgan, has shown remarkable increases.
