China, Mr. Lunn was a keen sportsman and a man who had widely travelled. He was essentially one of those men who help to cement inter~ national ties of friendship and his influence in the Scandinavian community was well recognized as exceptionally strong. He took an active Interest in the welfare of fis country men here, outside the ordinary official routine and was much respected by all his colleagues in the Consular Body. He' had represented his country with efficiency and tact in Australia and America and his grasp of affairs here was shrewd and thetic. The Dadish community and his family will receive general condolences in the loss tot so charming and unassuming a personality.
