With the exception Jot Wednesday, movements on all days were in'an upward direction, Jnot just inert firmness with small fractional gains, but active strength capable of boosting prices by one [point or more on one day.
The climax of the week did not [take place on Friday, the last day for current month trading, as might be generally supposed and as usually happened, but on Saturday following the removal of October quotations, For the first time in several months, suspension of an issue was enforced, this taking place the last day of the week, because Currency, the sue in question, rose by four points one day.
The final closing Mgures showed large gains over the closing prices of the preceding week. At

'The week opened on Monday with deficits strength, ushing steadily through three of the four sessions. Further heavy gains were recorded on Tuesday when, due to. delays, only three sessions' were held, Wednesday proved to be an exceptional day for prices registered sudden declines, losses being equally as heavy og the gains of each of the preceding two days.
