Labour has suffered a net loss of 27 seats in the Municipal elections held yesterday in over 360 cities, and boroughs in England and Wales, excluding London.
The returns show that the Conservatives gained 58 seats and lost 22, the Liberals gained 12 and lost 18, while Labour los! €8 and gained Armistice Appeal London. Oct. 30.
