Tur PUBLIC 15 HEREBY NOTIFIED that owing to circumstances beyond our control we are at present-unable to operate our Cotton Mill, known as "Tsungmin Cotton Mill Clerici Bedoni & Ca, situate in the Island of Tsungmin in the Province of Kiangsu, and that taking advantage of our temporary inability an unauthorized third party has arbitrarily Occupied and put in operation the said Mill, using our raw cotton and offering for sale our cotton yam.
PUBLIC 1 THEREFORE WARNED that without our consent the sale and purchase and any other transfer and transaction of cotton yarn originating from our Tsungmin Cotton Mill is illegal and contrary to Article 949 of the Chinese Civil and Articles 349 and 350 of the Chinese Criminal Codes.
Anyone found in possession of our cotton yarn covered by Ccnsolidated Tex Receipts bearing numbers subsequent to the following and/or of any other property belonging to us, originating from our said Cotton Mill will be prosecuted according to law.
