Enameled licence plates bearing the now permanent numbers private rickshaws made their appearance on the streets of the Interhaional Seitiement on Monday. The plates are affixed to the rickshaws Above the left mudguard and are easily recognizable, being placed vertically.
In accordance with the regulation proclaimed on March 29, a number "will continue to be the licensee's cence number for so long as the licence is renewed each successive quarter by the original applicant."
