Prague, July 8.
Dr. Milan Hodza, the Prime Minister, and Sydeten German representatives yesterday resumed their negotiations concerning the drafting of a nationalities statute, which were suspended during the Sokol festival.
Efforts are now being made to reach a compromise on the eight points which Herr Konrad Henlein, leader of the Sudeten German Party, submitted in a speech at Carlsbad, on April 24.
It is doubtful now whether the draft nationalities statute will be ready for submission to the Parliamentary Committee by the end of this week, as it had been hoped.
Negotiations between the Prime Minister and the Sudeten German representatives opened on June 15, They were conducted on the basis of Herr Henlein's demands and the Government Draft Minorities Statute,
