The thirty first meeting of the Board of Trustees for the Administ tion of the Indemnity Funds Remitted by the British Government was held in Nanking on May 13, under the Chairmanship of Dr. Chu Chia-hua. "Among those present were Messrs. R. Calder-Marshall, Yen Teching, Tseng Yung-pu, " Kenneth Cantho, Chen Chi-tsai, W. S. King, Lu Shwhua, J. Hong Liv, Teeny, Yang-tu, and Yeh Kung-cho.
Their term of office having expired, the Board resolved to. re-elect the following to another term of of Mr. R. Calder-Marshall as Vice Chairman of the Board, Dr. Yen Te-ching, as Board-Secretary, and Mr. Tseng Yung-pu as Board-Treasurer; Mr. Yen Kung-cho and Dr. J. Hong Liu as members of the Standing Committee, while Mr. W. S. King was elected 10 succeed Mr. N. S. Brown as a member of the Standing Committee, - Mr, Brown having resigned from the Board because of his retirement.
