Shans!'s new land plan, put forward by Gen, Yen Hsi-shan, Pacifica Uon Commissioner for Shansi, and known as the "village ownership of land," is being put on experiment today." Though his plan was thoroughly studied by himself and a number of Nanking leaders during the Fifth Plenary Session of the 4th CEE, and CS.C, Gen. Yen believes its practic ability should be given a test before enforcement.
Hopientsun, Gen. Yen's native town, has been chosen as the experimental station. The present work consists of land survey and distribu tion Central News.
