Nonce 1s merely coven that the Twenty-Sixth Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in the shove Company will be held at No. 49 Szechuen Road, Shanghai on Wednesday, April 5, 1939 at 11.30 a.m. for the purpose of receiving the Directors' Report and Statement of Accounts for the year ended December 31, 1938, electing Directors and Auditors and transacting any other ordinary business of the Company.
The Transfer Books and Share Register of the Company will be closed from March 31 to April 5, 1939, both days inclusive.
